The Texai lexicon is now available in RDF and N3 format. It was created bymerging WordNet, OpenCyc mappings, the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary, and anextract from Wiktionary. It features good coverage of English word forms, pronunciations, word senses, glosses, and sample phrases. See the filerelease section of the SourceForge project:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=176781

In particular the file texai-lexicon-1.1.rdf.ZIP contains the compressedfile which expands to over 1 GB. The documentation can be found in thefile the-texai-lexicon-rdf-file-explained.doc . The RDF file can be easilyhosted by a Sesame 2 RDF store available from Aduna at: http://openRDF.org.

See my blog at http://texai.org/blog for my experience installing theSesame 2 beta release. There are also Java classes defined to operate onthe lexicon as persisted in Sesame using the RDF Entity Manager that can bedownloaded from the SourceForge project site too.
