Meeting Description:
We are excited to announce our first International PhD Conference on Multilingual Language Acquisition, hosted by the University of Konstanz. As our societies become increasingly multilingual, interest in multilingualism research has surged, especially due to the rise in mobility and migration. Our conference aims to bring together young researchers (MAs, PhDs and postdocs) who work on multilingualism, providing them with the opportunity to present their research to an international audience. We will explore a range of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of multilingual acquisition and processing.
2nd Call for Papers:
We invite abstract submissions for our upcoming conference on multilingual language acquisition. Our conference seeks to bring together a diverse range of theoretical and methodological approaches, including psycholinguistic studies, intervention studies, and applied linguistics. We are particularly interested in studies that use online and offline techniques to investigate language acquisition and processing in multilingual speakers. Studies which focus on the relationship between multilingualism and language impairments, on different approaches to foreign language learning, and on the acquisition of phonetics and phonology are particularly welcome.
